PureInvestor.Com Inc. (PIPS) directors, Bryan John Marsden and Phan Sew Ken have been charged under the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 (AMLATFA) and the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (BAFIA).

The hearing for the offence under BAFIA is fixed on 6-8 May 2008. With regard to an offence under AMLATFA, the prosecution is conducted by the Attorney general's Chambers.
