Summary
This concept paper details out the proposed regulatory requirements relating to risk management and internal controls on money services business, in line with the related governance and operational requirements as stipulated in the Money Services Business Act 2011 and Money Services Business Regulations.Bank Negara Malaysia (the Bank) invites written comments and feedback on this concept paper, including suggestions for particular issues/areas to be clarified/elaborated further and any alternative proposals that the Bank should consider. To facilitate the Bank’s assessment, please support each comment with a clear rationale, accompanying evidence or illustration, as appropriate.
