Please include the complete title, quantity, price and stock reference in the order form. The latest edition of the ordered publication will be sent if the is no mention of the specific issue or year.

Payment

The total amount shall include the relevant postage cost, as detailed in the Pricing & Postage Schedule (PDF format) Prices and Publication Dates are subject to change without notice. However, publication prices are guaranteed until a new Publications Catalogue is issued (usually in January)

We accept payments in the form of crossed cheques or bank drafts, denominated in either Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or U.S. Dollars (USD). Please also make the cheque or bank draft payable to "BANK NEGARA MALAYSIA".

Please do not send cash.

Currently, we do not accept payments by credit cards.

Delivery

Please allow 14 days for your orders to be received, processed and delivered. We will send your orders by first class ordinary mail to addresses within Malaysia, or airmail to addresses outside Malaysia.

Ordering Tips

To ensure that you receive the orders promptly:

• Don't forget to include payment together with your order form.
• Please remit the exact amount. Insufficient or excess amount of payment will be returned to sender.
• Please print or type clearly the name and address of the person receiving the order.
