Bank Negara Malaysia is invites interested parties to purchase the following machines based on as-is-where-is basis:-
A. PRINTING UNIT
- Heidelberg SORD (1986)
- Horizon Binding Machine (2000)
- MBO Folding Machine (1985)
- Toshiba Air Compressor (2000)
B. MAIL UNIT
- Pitney Bowes Franking Machine (2004)
Mandatory Requirements
Only companies meeting the following requirements will be considered:
- Malaysian registered business; and
- Experience in disposal of printing/mail machine;
Tender Document
Tender document can be obtained from Printing Unit, Jabatan Pengurusan Fasiliti, Level 4, Sasana Kijang, Bank Negara Malaysia, No. 2, Jalan Dato' Onn 50480 Kuala Lumpur during normal office hours between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, from 14 January – 29 January 2013.
The Tender Document shall be duly completed, signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked “Disposal of Obsolete Printing Equipment and Franking Machine” on the top left hand corner of the envelope. This document is to be submitted in Tender Box A, Level LG4, Sasana Kijang, Bank Negara Malaysia, No. 2, Jalan Dato' Onn 50480 Kuala Lumpur from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, 30 Jan 2013.
Site Visit
Interested companies are invited for a site visit to Bank Negara Malaysia on 17 January, 10 a.m. at Printing Unit LB2 for physical verification of the equipment and machines, identify a logistic requirement and to highlight to BNM if there’s any weight issue before submission of tender document.
Bank Negara Malaysia shall not be responsible for any lost of tender document or delayed tender submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of tender. Bank Negara Malaysia is also not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor will it be responsible for any whatever cost incurred in relation to this tender.
