Bank Negara Malaysia is inviting qualified and experienced contractors/vendors who fulfill the requirements listed below to participate in the above-mentioned tender ;

 

Mandatory Requirements:-

Only companies which meet the following requirements will be considered :

• Malaysian registered company (51% local);
• Registered with MOF(220901)
• Experience in related fields.

Site visit to clarify issues relating to specified work is compulsory and will be conducted on 16 January 2013 at 11.00 a.m at BNM Kuala Terengganu. Contractors who are interested but did not attend the site visit will not be allowed to submit their quotation and quotation document will only be distributed during site visit. Please bring a copy of company profile, which include the followings when attending the site visit.

• Company Registration;
• Proof of experience in related fields.

The Quotation Document shall be duly completed, signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope. On the top, left hand corner of your sealed envelope, please print in block letters the proposed works above.

This document is to be submitted into the Tender Box at Bank Negara Malaysia Kuala Terengganu, Jalan Sultan Mohamad, 21100 Kuala Terengganu on or before 12.00 noon, 21 January 2013.

Bank Negara Malaysia shall not be responsible for any lost of quotation documents or delay in quotation submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of quotation. Bank Negara Malaysia is also not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor will it be responsible for any cost incurred in relation to this quotation.
