Issuance of Tender Documents:
To receive the tender document, IT Suppliers must send an indication of interest via e-mail to itprocu@bnm.gov.my with the following e-mail subject “[Name of Company]’s Indication of Interest for Deployment Services of Microsoft Operating System Windows 7 on or before 28 January 2013 10:00 am.
In your indication of interest please attach proof that your company is legally established in Malaysia and payment of tender fee.
Only e-mail indication of interest received before 28 January 2013 10:00 am (based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s mail server time stamp) with the required attachment stated above will be entertained. Bank Negara Malaysia will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to IT suppliers’ indication of interest e-mail.
Bank Negara Malaysia will issue the tender document via e-mail to the sender of all valid indication of interest e-mails received from interested IT suppliers.
The tender document issuance via e-mail is done at your risk. BNM disclaims all liability for tender document e-mails that are not received by IT suppliers.
Only IT suppliers, which have been issued the tender document, are allowed to participate in the Tender Exercise.
