Cyber Threat Intelligence Service (CTIS) for Brand and Reputation Monitoring of Bank Negara Malaysia
Bank Negara Malaysia invites qualified and experienced CTIS providers who fulfill the mandatory requirements listed below to submit tender proposal for Cyber Threat Intelligence Service (CTIS) for Brand and Reputation Monitoring.
Only companies meeting the following requirement(s) will be considered:
- Legally established company/entity
- At least 3 years experience in the business
Issuance of Tender Document:
The Tender document will be issued via e-mail to CTIS providers that meet the mandatory requirements.
To receive the Tender document, IT Suppliers must send an indication of interest via e-mail to email@example.com with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest for [CTIS Providers] on or before Wednesday, 13 December 2017, 5:00pm.
Only e-mail indication of interest received before Wednesday 13 December 2017, 5:00pm (based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s mail server time stamp) with the required attachments stated above will be entertained. Bank Negara Malaysia will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to CTIS providers’ indication of interest e-mail.
Bank Negara Malaysia will issue the Tender document via e-mail to the sender of all valid indication of interest e-mails received from interested CTIS providers.
The Tender document issuance via e-mail is done at your risk. Bank Negara Malaysia disclaims all liability for Tender document e-mails that are not received by CTIS providers.
Only CTIS providers, which have been issued the Tender document, are allowed to participate in the Tender Exercise.
Delivery of Completed Tender Documents
The Tender documents shall be duly completed, signed and enclosed in sealed envelope. On the top left hand corner of sealed envelope, please print in block letters the words “CTIS providers”. The Tender documents are to be submitted into the Tender Box located at Bank Negara Malaysia, Jalan Dato' Onn, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, no later than 9 January 2018, at 12.00noon. Bank Negara Malaysia shall not be responsible for any loss of Tender documents or delayed tender submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of tender. Bank Negara Malaysia is also not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor it will be responsible for any whatever cost incurred in relation to this tender.
