Renewal of Adobe Software Licenses

Bank Negara Malaysia invites qualified and experienced IT Suppliers who fulfill the mandatory requirements listed below to submit Tender proposal for:

Mandatory Requirements:

Only companies meeting the following requirement(s) will be considered:

  • An authorised Adobe reseller or partner for product and services related to the Tender.

Other requirement:

  • Companies must acknowledge and sign the consent of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. Notice and form will be attached to the Tender document.

Issuance of Tender Document:

The Tender document will be issued via e-mail to IT Suppliers.  To receive the Tender document, IT Suppliers must send an indication of interest via e-mail to with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company]: Indication of Interest to Supply Adobe Renewal Software Licenses” on or before 8 December (Friday) 2017, 5:30pm.

In your indication of interest please attach proof that your company is an authorised reseller or partner for the above item issued by Principal in PDF format (if applicable).

Only e-mail indication of interest received before 8 December 2017 (Friday), 5:30pm with the required attachment stated above will be entertained. Bank Negara Malaysia will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to IT suppliers’ indication of interest e-mail.

Bank Negara Malaysia will issue the Tender document via e-mail to the sender of all valid indication of interest e-mails received from interested IT suppliers.

Bank Negara Malaysia disclaims all liability for Tender document e-mails that are not received by IT suppliers.  

Only IT suppliers, which have been issued the Tender document, are allowed to participate in the Tender Exercise.

Delivery of Completed Tender Document

The Tender Document shall be duly completed, signed and enclosed in sealed envelope. On the top left hand corner of sealed envelope, please print in block letters the words “Adobe Software”. This document is to be submitted in Tender Box located at Bank Negara Malaysia, Sasana Kijang [Lobby], 2 Jalan Dato' Onn, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, no later than 11 December 2017 (Monday), 12:00noon. Bank Negara Malaysia shall not be responsible for any loss of Tender documents or delayed Tender submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of Tender. Bank Negara Malaysia is also not bound to accept the lowest quotation price stated in the Tender document nor will be responsible for any cost incurred in relation to this Tender.
