Vulnerability Management [VM] Solution Implementation and Maintenance Services for Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM)
BNM invites qualified and experienced IT Suppliers who fulfill the mandatory requirements listed below to submit tender proposal for the Vulnerability Management [VM] Solution Implementation and Maintenance Services.
Only companies meeting the following requirement(s) will be considered:
- Must be locally incorporated in Malaysia with local support
- Must be an authorised reseller/partner for product and services related to the tender (must provide authorised letter)
- Acknowledgement and signed the consent of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. Notice and form will be attached to the quotation document.
Issuance of Tender Document:
The Tender document will be issued via e-mail to IT Suppliers which met the mandatory requirements. To receive the Tender document, IT Suppliers must send an indication of interest via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest for [Vulnerability Management [VM] Solution Implementation and Maintenance Services] on or before 15 January 2018 (Monday), 5:00pm.
In your indication of interest, please attach the following:
- Relevant Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) registration documents;
- That your company is an authorised reseller/partner for any of the proposed solution in PDF format;
Only e-mail indication of interest received on or before 15 January 2018 (Monday), 5:00pm with the required attachments stated above will be entertained. Bank Negara Malaysia will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to IT suppliers’ indication of interest e-mail.
Bank Negara Malaysia will issue the Tender document via e-mail to the sender of all valid indication of interest e-mails received from interested IT suppliers.
The Tender document issuance via e-mail is done at your risk. Bank Negara Malaysia disclaims all liability for Tender document e-mails that are not received by IT suppliers.
Only IT suppliers, which have been issued the Tender document, are allowed to participate in the Tender Exercise.
Delivery of Completed Tender Documents
The Tender documents shall be duly completed, signed and enclosed in sealed envelope. On the top left hand corner of sealed envelope, please print in block letters the words “Vulnerability Management [VM] Solution Implementation and Maintenance Services”. The Tender documents are to be submitted into the Tender Box located at Bank Negara Malaysia, Sasana Kijang [Lobby], 2 Jalan Dato' Onn, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, no later than 22 January 2018 (Monday), at 12.00PM. Bank Negara Malaysia shall not be responsible for any loss of Tender documents or delayed tender submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of tender. Bank Negara Malaysia is also not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor it will be responsible for any whatever cost incurred in relation to this tender.
