Bank Negara Malaysia invites qualified and experienced supplier/vendors who fulfill the requirements listed below to submit quotation for the following items:

Capacity : 7.1m³
Quantity : 350 cylinders
Mandatory Requirements
Only companies meeting the following requirements will be considered:- Malaysian registered company
- Have experience in supplying related items
- Able to supply as require by Kilang Wang
- Gas must be supply from Air Products or MOX-Linde Gases
Quotation Document
Quotation document can be obtained from Kilang Wang, Bank Negara Malaysia, Kompleks Kilang Wang, Lot 2 Persiaran Selangor, Seksyen 15 40000 Shah Alam Selangor Darul Ehsan during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm, from Thursday ,10 January 2013 until Wednesday, 16 January 2013. Alternatively, tender document can also be obtained through e-mail to hazmiza@bnm.gov.my . Please bring along a copy of Company / Business Registration Form when collecting the quotation document:The Quotation Document shall be duly complete, signed and enclosed in a sealed envelop. On the top, left hand corner of your sealed envelop, please print in block letter the words “Supply & Delivery of Nitrogen Gas”. This document is to be submitted in Tender Box A at the above-mentioned address not later than Thursday, 17 January 2013 before 12.00 noon.
Bank Negara Malaysia shall not be responsible for any lost of quotation documents or delayed quotation submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of quotation. Bank Negara Malaysia is also not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation nor it will be responsible for any whatever cost incurred in relation to this quotation.
