Bank Negara Malaysia invites qualified and experienced IT Suppliers who fulfill the requirements listed below to supply & delivery the following computer software:

1	Renewal of Software Licence Subscription on Enhanced Maintenance for RSA Authentication Manager for Remote Access Infrastructure (RAI)

Mandatory Requirements:

The interested IT supplier must be:

• Legally established in Malaysia; and
• Authorised distributor or reseller for the above.

 

Issuance of Quotation Document:

The tender document will be issued via email to IT Suppliers at no cost.  To receive the tender document, IT Suppliers must send an indication of interest via email to itprocu@bnm.gov.my with the following email subject “[Name of Company]’s Indication of Interest for [Name of item] on or before 30 January 2013, 12:00noon.

In your indication of interest please attach proof that your company is an authorised distributor or reseller for the above in PDF format.

Only email indication of interest received before 30 January 2013, 12:00noon (based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s mail server time stamp) with the required attachment stated above will be entertained. Bank Negara Malaysia will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to IT suppliers’ indication of interest email.

Bank Negara Malaysia will issue the tender document via email to the sender of all valid indication of interest emails received from interested IT suppliers.

The tender document issuance via email is done at your risk. Bank Negara Malaysia disclaims all liability for tender document emails that are not received by IT suppliers.  

Only IT suppliers, which have been issued the tender document, are allowed to participate in the Quotation Exercise.

 

Quotation Closing Date:

The closing date and time for the submission of the quotation is on 31 January 2013 (Monday), 12.00noon.
