Bank Negara Malaysia invites qualified and experienced IT Suppliers who fulfill the requirements listed below to supply & delivery the following computer hardware and software:

Mandatory Requirements:
The interested IT supplier must be legally established in Malaysia;
Issuance of Quotation Document:
The quotation document will be issued via e-mail to IT Suppliers at no cost. To receive the quotation document, IT Suppliers must send an indication of interest via e-mail to itprocu@bnm.gov.my with the following e-mail subject “[Name of Company]’s Indication of Interest for [Name of item] on or before 30 January 2013 12:00 noon.
Only e-mail indication of interest received before 30 January 2013 12:00 noon (based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s mail server time stamp) will be entertained. Bank Negara Malaysia will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to IT suppliers’ indication of interest e-mail.
Bank Negara Malaysia will issue the quotation document via e-mail to the sender of all valid indication of interest e-mails received from interested IT suppliers.
The quotation document issuance via e-mail is done at your risk. Bank Negara Malaysia disclaims all liability for quotation document e-mails that are not received by IT suppliers.
Only IT suppliers, which have been issued the quotation document, are allowed to participate in the Quotation Exercise.
Quotation Closing Date:
The closing date and time for the submission of the quotation is on 31 January 2013 (Thursday), 12.00 noon.
