Timeliness Notes: The present data collection procedures are part of the budget preparation to be tabled in Parliament in September. A flexibility option is therefore being taken on the timeliness of the nonfinancial public sector data. However, the Treasury is reviewing the procedures with the aim of ensuring that the statistics can be collected and released earlier, preferably within the timeliness of 6 months after the end of the fiscal year specified by the SDDS.
