Application for Approval / Registration
Shortcut:
Submission of application forms for approvals or registrations in relation to foreign exchange administration matters can be submitted either through ONLINE or OFFLINE modes.
Online Form Completion
Application form can be submitted by applicant on his/its own or by a third party on behalf of applicant. To enable submission of application by a third party, the applicant needs to first appoint the third party as its consultant/agent.

The schedule of remittance is to be downloaded for completion and attached with the online submission of:
- Form SSC 6B on Credit Facility to Non-resident in Foreign Currency;
- Form SSC 9A on Investment Abroad - Equity; and
- Form SSC 9C on Investment Abroad - Others.

Offline Form Completion
Offline completion of form is only applicable for submission of own applications. For third party submission, please use the online mode above.
To use the offline mode, please download the setup program into your PC and the program shall guide the installation process.
On the other hand, if an Offline Application Program has already been installed previously, please initiate the update using the existing program in the PC.
