Programme to Enhance Employability of Graduates

Bank Negara Malaysia is coordinating a development programme to provide participating graduates with the opportunity to develop their fundamental skills and attributes based on workforce requirements, and on-the-job training via attachment to various industries.

Participants will undergo periodic structured training that will be weaved into the attachment with private sector employers, for a total duration of two (2) years. The structured training will focus on the enhancement of general knowledge, communication and language skills, analytical skills and entrepreneurship.

Entry requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum CGPA of 2.80
  • Credit in BM, English and Mathematics in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Allowance

Participants will be paid a living allowance of RM1,500 per month.
