ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for development and formulation of marketing and communications collateral. Act as the custodian in terms of the visual brand articulation for the museum.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To assist the Marketing Manager in developing marketing and communications collateral.
- Coordinating all scheduled programmes systematically.
- Organizing the creative resources for the museum.
- To supervise events & promotions to help raise the profile of the museum.
- To assist the Marketing Manager in achieving targets and key result areas for marketing and website management
- To assist the Marketing Manager in running the marketing activities.
KEY CHALLENGES:
- Good understanding of issues relating to the developments in the marketing creative and brand management..
- Able to identify the potential problems and issues arising from the museum's visitors or customers and internal museum's staff that may affect the Visitor Experience Management Section.
- Able to identify risk mitigation and crisis resolution measures to minimise potential impact on visual brand articulation.
Academic qualification:
- A recognized Master's / Bachelor's Degree (at least a 2nd Class Upper / CGPA 3.00) or a professional qualification that are related to marketing, and art or creative discipline.
- Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English at SPM/SPMV level.
Experience:
- Preferably 5 years of working experience in a creative role
Other Requirement:
A Malaysian citizen, aged 35 years and below.
