BNM wishes to inform that BNMLINK, our platform for engaging with the general public and small businesses continues to be available.
The public may also contact BNMTELELINK at 1-300-88-5465 from Monday to Friday (9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).
Walk-in customer service centres will receive visitors by appointment only. The public may request for an appointment through eLINK or BNMTELELINK.
eCCRIS registered users can download their CCRIS reports online at https://eccris.bnm.gov.my/
Members of the public can also obtain CCRIS reports at the following credit reporting agencies:

Members of the public may also request for their CCRIS reports through eLINK.
Exchange of mutilated currency
Members of the public can exchange their damaged currency notes at the bank where they hold an account.
