Request for Information (RFI) for Enterprise Data Management Solution

Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) invites qualified and experienced companies who fulfil the mandatory requirements listed below to participate in a RFI for an Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solution.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered for the issuance of RFI documents:

1. The company (local or foreign) must be a legally established entity under respective country’s relevant laws
2. The company must be the principal or authorised dealer for the EDM solution

Issuance of RFI Documents

BNM will issue the RFI documents on 22 February 2021, Monday, via BNM’s eTender portal at url: https://procurement.bnm.gov.my.

Please use the attached eTender Guide to proceed with the registration of eTender account. Qualified companies must submit the supporting documents for the mandatory requirements via BNM’s eTender portal by 19 February 2021, Friday. Only qualified companies that fulfill the mandatory requirements will be issued with the RFI documents.

Submission of Documents

The closing date and time for the submission of the documents is no later than 5 p.m. (Malaysia time) on Friday, 19 March 2021. Please submit the softcopy of the documents (PDF version only) online via the eTender portal.

The details of the submission procedure will be stated in the RFI documents. BNM shall not be responsible for any loss of RFI documents or delay in RFI submissions.
