Video Wall System Maintenance Support Services
Bank Negara Malaysia invites qualified and experienced Suppliers who fulfill the mandatory requirements listed below to submit Tender proposal for the Video Wall System Maintenance Support Services.
Only companies meeting the following requirements will be considered:
- Must be locally incorporated in Malaysia (presence and technical support); and
- Must have experience in video wall services for minimum of two (2) years.
- Must acknowledge and sign the consent of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. Notice and form will be attached to the Tender document.
Issuance of Tender Document:
In your indication of interest please attach the above mandatory requirements in PDF format by 16 April 2021 (Friday), 6:00 pm. Bank Negara Malaysia will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to indication of interest by the suppliers.
Bank Negara Malaysia disclaims all liability for Tender document that are not received by the suppliers.
Only suppliers, which have been issued the Tender document, are allowed to participate in the Tender Exercise.
Delivery of Completed Tender Document
Suppliers are required to submit the softcopy of the proposals, online via eTender system, no later than 21 April 2021 (Wednesday), 6:00p.m. Bank Negara Malaysia shall not be responsible for any loss of Tender documents or delayed Tender submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of Tender.
