This revised Corporate Strategic Plan (CSP) introduces targeted enhancements to strengthen the effectiveness of strategic planning, in alignment with the expectations set out in the Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) Policy Document issued to DFIs. The key enhancements include:

1. Stronger focus on developmental impact by introducing clearer expectations on additionality, including the measurement of socio-economic outcomes and impact beyond financing activities.

2. Enhanced governance and stakeholder alignment by strengthening board and senior management responsibilities, with more structured and continuous engagement with stakeholder Ministries on strategy and performance targets, and clearer requirements for dedicated strategies and performance monitoring of Government schemes.

3. More rigorous and disciplined corporate strategy planning requirements which requires deeper operating environment analysis, clearer articulation of strategies, targets and timelines, and stronger linkages between strategy execution, risk management, and funding capacity
